Shop4Sparkles will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We strive for 2-3 business days after receipt of order, but times may vary.
In Stock Items: Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Expedited delivery services are available.
Please note: We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. It may take longer for your shipment to be processed and shipped via USPS. |

RETURN POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Returns and Exchanges
If you have any questions about the status of your return or exchange or whether we have received your package, please call us at (888) 570-7467 and a customer service representative will be happy to help you!
Return and Exchange Form
If you need to make a return or an exchange, please email us at info@Shop4Sparkles.com for the Shop4Sparkles Return Form. At this time Shop 4 Sparkles does NOT offer FREE return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
- Complete the Return Slip that is provided on this site. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your refund promptly. (Note: There will be a $3.95 processing fee for same style items. This fee will be charged via credit card.)
- Save a copy of the Return Slip for your records.
- To send your package, use the address on the Return Slip.
- Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing to the original credit card, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
- If the item is a gift it is important that the order number be written on the Shop4Sparkles.com return slip. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive a Shop4Sparkles.com gift certificate instead of a refund.
- Exchanges received after 30 days will NOT be exchanged or refunded. Please do not ask. Please contact customer service at (888) 570-7467 for more information.

No purchase at Shop4Sparkles.com is complete until you're completely satisfied. You can return unsatisfactory items to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
Special order items may NOT be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 15-20 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
